The Bucyrus Hospital Auxiliary Scholarship

  • Deadline: March 21, 2019
  • Amount: $1,000 (renewable)
  • Criteria: entering a dental, medical or allied health field
  • Procedure: see Mrs. Heinlen for application

John Q. Shunk Scholarship

  • Deadline: March 27, 2019
  • Criteria: high achieving financial need students will receive preference
  • Procedure: see Mrs. Heinlen for application

Royal Commitment Scholarship

  • Deadline: March 29, 2019
  • Amount- $1,000
  • Criteria: senior planning to further his/her education after graduation, preference will be given to 2.5+ GPA
  • Procedure: see Mrs. Heinlen for application

First Federal Community Bank Scholarship

  • Deadline: March 29, 2019
  • Amount: 2-$500 (renewable)
  • Criteria: applicant or parent must be a customer of the bank
  • Procedure: see Mrs. Heinlen for application

The Ohio Mutual Crawford Opportunity Award

  • Deadline: April 1, 2019
  • Criteria: 3.0+ GPA, must present evidence of extracurricular leadership, and express an interest in pursuing a collegiate field of study applicable to the insurance industry.

Warpole Chapter #366- Order of the Eastern Star

  • Deadline: must be received by April 1, 2019

Wyandot County Pheasants Forever

  • Deadline: April 1, 2019
  • Amount: 4- $500 scholarships
  • Criteria: live in Wyandot County and pursuing a career in natural resources
  • Procedure: see Mrs. Heinlen for an application

Wyandot County 4-H Endowment Scholarship

  • Deadline: April 1, 2019
  • Criteria: must have been a Wynadot County 4-H member at least the past 3 years and be a current 4-H member in good standing

Future Nurse Leadership Scholarship

  • Deadline: April 2, 2019
  • Criteria: enrolling in an accredited BSN program in the fall of 2019

  • Deadline: April 3, 2019
  • Criteria: must be entering a 4+ year degree program

  • Deadline: April 3, 2019
  • Criteria: must be entering a 2-year degree or technical program

Wynford Academic Boosters Scholarship

  • Deadline: April 5, 2019
  • Amount: 5- $500
  • Criteria: 3.0+ GPA and entering a 2-year or 4-year college
  • Procedure: see Mrs. Heinlen for application

Lt. J.G. Donald Richard Powers Scholarship

  • Deadline: April 5, 2019
  • Amount: $1,000
  • Criteria: strong academic achievement in college prep courses and involved in school activities
  • Procedure: see Mrs. Heinlen for application

Avita Health Scholarship

  • April 5, 2019
  • Criteria: must be seeking a degree toward licensure or certification in exercise science/physiology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, or athletic training
  • Procedure: see Mrs. Heinlen for an application

William D. Squires Scholarship

  • Deadline: April 5, 2019
  • Criteria: EFC must be less than $7,000, the applicant should have a career goal and be highly motivated
  • Procedure: apply at www.emdsquiresfoundation.org
 
Class of 2019
 
  • As you receive aid packages, make sure you are reading them closely
  • Finish strong- colleges look at your final grades and will adjust aid accordingly.

Class of 2020

  • College-bound juniors- it's not too early to begin college visits!
  • If you are planning to take college courses (CCP) in the 2019-2020 school year, you need to turn in the Intent to Participate form by April 1 and apply to each college.

Class of 2021

  • It's not too early to think about your future... college?  the workforce?  the military?  Pioneer CTC?

  • North Central State College- apply online (www.ncstatecollege.edu/ccp)- DUE May 1
  • University of Findlay- apply online (www.findlay.edu/admissions/apply)- DUE June 1
  • The Ohio State University- Marion- apply online

ACT- register at www.actstudent.org  test dates are listed below with registration deadlines in parentheses.
