Hello Wynford Athletic Boosters Supporter:

It is with great excitement that our organization is announcing the upcoming Royal Reverse Raffle to be held Saturday, April 6, 2019, at the Crawford County Fairgrounds Youth Building.  The doors will open at 5:00 p.m. with a catered meal by Carle’s to begin at 6:00 p.m.  The first ticket will be drawn at 7:00 p.m.

We will be preselling 199 tickets.  The 200th ticket will be raffled off on the evening of the Reverse Raffle.  The 200th ticket will be a guaranteed winner of at least $250.00.  The Grand Prize will be $5,000.00 in cash, and there will be many additional cash prizes, raffles, live auctions and door prizes.

The “Early Bird Drawing” will be four (4) $100.00 drawings held prior to the start of the Raffle.  To be eligible for this drawing, you must purchase your ticket by January 31, 2019.  As in the past, you can reserve your favorite number.  However, all tickets/numbers will be sold on a first come first served basis.

SATURDAY, April 6, 2019






1.  Tickets will be drawn from the barrel one at a time and opened beginning at 7:00 p.m.

2.  Ticket holders need not be present to win.  However, ticket holders must be present in order to agree to any splitting of prize money.  Ticket holders may send an agent to act on their behalf, but must notify the Reverse Raffle Committee of such action in advance of the drawing.

3.  **** You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket.****

4.  Only raffle ticket and meal ticket holders will be allowed to enter the Reverse Raffle.

5.  After a ticket is drawn from the barrel, it will be opened, recorded and eliminated before the next ticket is drawn.

6.  In the event of a controversy, the Ticket Chairman shall rule.  The decision of the Ticket Chairman shall be final.

7.  A loser’s drawing will be held.  The ticket holder, NOT a representative, MUST be present to win the loser’s drawing.

8.  The Grand Prize winner will be responsible for all applicable taxes.                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

NOTE: Any revisions or additions made to this list of rules and regulations will be reviewed with ticket holder prior to the beginning of the April 6, 2019, Reverse Raffle.
